Orders and Shipping

We ship using USPS services. Live worms are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays in Priority boxes and arrive within 2 or 3 days. Cost to you is $5 per pound. Worm Factory 360 and accessories are USPS Ground shipped. Shipping cost is $30 for the Factory. Worms and Factories are NOT shipped together. Worms are more delicate. If they freeze or bake you may as well use them for chickenfeed.

Please be home to accept your worms from the mailman. Please do not leave them in the worm oven (aka the mailbox) in the front yard or on the stoop to freeze. Give us a call within 3 to 4 hours of the worm’s arrival if there is any damage.

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept PayPal for online orders.

You may also call 1-303-680-4134 to make an order over the phone. We accept major credit cards through Square for phone and pick-up purchases. All orders will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients.
